EventTempo stores your venue's events, run-of-show schedules, vendor contacts, and uploaded documents solely to operate your workspace. We never sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the vendors you explicitly invite via share links.
Vendor share links grant read-only access to the schedule items relevant to that vendor. You can revoke any link at any time from the Vendor & Staff Directory.
Documents you upload to the AI parser are processed to extract schedule and contact details, and are retained only in your workspace. You can delete them at any time.
